Ingrédients :
- 200 g de chocolat blanc fondu
- 4 œufs
- 500 g de yaourt nature
- 2 cuillères à soupe de farine
- 2 cuillères à soupe de sucre
- 2 sachets de sucre vanillé
Instructions :
1️⃣ Préparez les œufs : Séparez les blancs des jaunes d’œuf.
2️⃣ Mélangez les jaunes : Dans un saladier, mélangez les jaunes avec le sucre et le sucre vanillé.
3️⃣ Ajoutez le yaourt : Incorporez le yaourt et mélangez bien.
4️⃣ Incorporez le chocolat : Ajoutez le chocolat blanc fondu et mélangez à nouveau.
5️⃣ Ajoutez la farine : Incorporez la farine et mélangez jusqu’à obtenir une préparation homogène.
6️⃣ Montez les blancs : Dans un autre bol, ajoutez une pincée de sel aux blancs d’œufs et montez-les en neige bien fermes.
7️⃣ Incorporez les blancs : Ajoutez délicatement les blancs en neige au mélange précédent. Faites-le en plusieurs fois pour ne pas les casser.
8️⃣ Versez dans le moule : Versez votre préparation dans un moule rond de 20 cm de diamètre ou un moule à cake.
9️⃣ Cuisson : Mettez au four à 180°C pendant environ 40 minutes. Surveillez la cuisson et ajustez si nécessaire.
