Ingrédients :
- 4 tranches de pain brioché ou pain de mie
- 2 œufs
- 200 ml de lait
- 50 g de sucre
- 1 cuillère à café d’extrait de vanille
- 1 pincée de sel
- Beurre (pour la cuisson)
- Sucre glace (pour la décoration)
- Sirop d’érable ou confiture (facultatif)
Instructions :
1️⃣ Préparez la préparation : Dans un saladier, battez les œufs avec le lait, le sucre, l’extrait de vanille et la pincée de sel jusqu’à obtenir un mélange homogène.
2️⃣ Trempez le pain : Plongez chaque tranche de pain dans le mélange, en veillant à bien les enrober des deux côtés. Laissez-les tremper quelques secondes pour qu’elles s’imprègnent bien.
3️⃣ Faites chauffer la poêle : Dans une poêle, faites fondre un peu de beurre à feu moyen.
4️⃣ Cuisson : Déposez les tranches de pain dans la poêle et faites-les cuire environ 2 à 3 minutes de chaque côté, jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient dorées.
5️⃣ Servez : Disposez les tranches de pain perdu dans une assiette, saupoudrez de sucre glace et arrosez de sirop d’érable ou de confiture si désiré.
Régalez-vous avec ce délicieux pain perdu, parfait pour démarrer la journée !
