Cette recette algérienne maison est facile à préparer et saura ravir les amateurs de pâte à tartiner. Elle se conserve facilement au réfrigérateur et se prête à toutes les occasions gourmandes. Avec des ingrédients simples et un goût inégalé, c’est le must pour vos moments de douceur.
Délicieuse Crème Maison au Kinder Bueno
Ingrédients:
- 200 g de noisettes décortiquées (sans la peau)
- 40 g d’huile de noisette (ou autre huile neutre)
- 200 g de chocolat blanc
- 130 g de lait tiède
- 80 g de lait concentré sucré (ou non sucré pour un résultat moins sucré)
- 1/2 c.à.c d’extrait de vanille
- 1 pincée de sel
Instructions:
- Préchauffer le four à 180°C et torréfier les noisettes pendant environ 10 minutes, jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient dorées.
- Laisser refroidir les noisettes puis les mixer jusqu’à obtenir une pâte lisse (praliné).
- Faire fondre le chocolat blanc au bain-marie.
- Dans un blender, ajouter le praliné de noisettes, l’huile de noisette, le chocolat blanc fondu, le lait tiède, le lait concentré, l’extrait de vanille et la pincée de sel.
- Mixer jusqu’à obtenir une texture crémeuse et homogène.
- Transférer la pâte à tartiner dans un bocal hermétique et conserver au réfrigérateur.
