Ingrédients :
Pour le poulet effiloché (1kg) :
- 6 grosses cuillères de sauce BBQ
- 3 grosses cuillères de sauce tomate
- 1/2 verre d’eau
Pour la pâte à beignet :
- 500g de farine
- 180ml de lait
- 60ml d’huile neutre
- 10g de levure boulangère
- 1 œuf
Étapes :
- Préparation du poulet effiloché :
- Cuire le poulet jusqu’à ce qu’il soit tendre et facile à effilocher.
- Mélanger le poulet avec la sauce BBQ, la sauce tomate et 1/2 verre d’eau.
- Laisser mijoter pour bien enrober le poulet de la sauce.
- Préparation de la pâte :
- Mélanger la farine, le lait, l’huile, la levure et l’œuf pour former une pâte homogène.
- Laisser reposer la pâte environ 1 heure pour qu’elle gonfle.
- Assemblage :
- Former des petites portions de pâte.
- Ajouter une portion de poulet effiloché au centre et refermer la pâte autour.
- Cuisson :
- Faire frire les beignets jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient dorés et croustillants.
